Startups still need people, but the leaders of the future are hard to find – especially if you're building something innovative outside the hubs of Silicon Valley and New York City. Enter Ember: a national network of innovators cultivating exceptional young talent to support a more equitable, ethical, and innovative future of work.

Our Fellowship program places remarkable talent in emerging tech hubs, in between the coasts. We specifically operate in cities where we believe fellows can add value to entrepreneurial organizations, where the local ecosystem can also support a compelling cohort experience for 10+ fellows with high impact jobs in the innovation economy. For 2026, these cities include Atlanta, Birmingham, and Detroit.
